Do your lamps work on US and Canadian voltage?
Yes. The lamps run on 100–240V wide voltage, so they work on standard North American 110V mains without a transformer. Plug options for different regions are available.
Can I sell the lamps under my own brand?
Yes. Every lamp ships in neutral packing as standard, so nothing needs covering up before you list it. Private label with your logo and artwork is available — see OEM / Private Label.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and the level of customization involved. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the requirement with the factory before quoting — we do not quote a number we cannot hold to.
How do samples work?
We produce samples for approval before any mass production run. Contact us with the model you are considering and we will confirm the sample arrangement.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard terms are 70% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Terms are confirmed on the quotation for your order.
What certifications do the lamps carry?
The half moon lamp series is CE certified for the EU market and carries 3C certification. For certifications required in your specific market, contact us and we will confirm what is available.
What documents ship with an order?
Orders ship with inspection documentation and test reports for the batch. Tell us what your market or your buyer requires and we will confirm what we can provide.
Do you supply neutral packaging?
Yes, neutral cartons are the standard. Custom packaging artwork can be discussed as part of a private label order.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the model, the quantity and any customization involved. We confirm the schedule when we quote your order.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Ask us about the combination you need and we will confirm how it can be arranged.
Which markets do you ship to?
We supply buyers across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Tell us your destination market and we will confirm shipping from Shenzhen.
Where is the factory located?
